1. The Product

  1. The Neochron Starter Pack is a physical kit comprising a laser-engraved steel QR plaque, a coded NFC tag, a pre-loaded Ethereum wallet with a minted ERC-721 token, four single-use promo entry codes, QR stickers, contract ID stickers, and printed instructions.
  2. Each pack is personalised: the Ethereum token is minted uniquely for each order and the wallet credentials are generated exclusively for the recipient. No two packs are identical.

2. Ordering & Payment

  1. Orders are accepted via the online order form at neochron.co.uk/starter-pack and are subject to availability.
  2. Payment is processed securely via PayPal. Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of cleared payment.
  3. Prices are displayed in GBP (British Pounds) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change but any order confirmed at the displayed price will be honoured at that price.
  4. The introductory price of £20 per single pack is a limited-time offer. Neochron reserves the right to end the introductory offer at any time with notice.

3. Delivery

  1. UK standard postage is included in all pack prices. We aim to dispatch within 3–5 working days of cleared payment.
  2. International orders are accepted; additional postage charges apply and will be quoted before payment is taken.
  3. Neochron is not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or any third-party courier once the pack has been dispatched.
  4. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the delivery address provided is accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for packs lost due to an incorrect address.

4. Returns & Refunds

  1. Because each Starter Pack contains a personalised Ethereum token minted specifically for the order, packs cannot be returned or exchanged once dispatched.
  2. If a pack arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will arrange a replacement of the affected physical components.
  3. The minted token and wallet credentials cannot be replaced or reissued if lost after delivery.

5. The Blockchain Token

  1. The Ethereum token included in the pack is a permanent record on the Ethereum blockchain. Once minted, it cannot be deleted or altered by Neochron or any other party.
  2. The four included promo entry codes are single-use and non-transferable. Unused codes expire as stated on the code.
  3. Additional provenance entries beyond the four included can be purchased at neochron.co.uk/token-entry at the current published rate.
  4. Neochron does not guarantee the continued availability of any specific entry price beyond the four included entries.

6. Wallet Credentials

  1. The wallet credentials (address and 12-word recovery phrase) are physically sealed inside the pack and are not stored or retained by Neochron after dispatch.
  2. Once the pack is delivered to the customer, full responsibility for the security of the wallet credentials passes to the customer.
  3. Neochron cannot recover a wallet or its contents if the credentials are lost. Customers should store credentials securely and separately from the physical item.

7. Privacy & Data

  1. We collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided), and delivery address solely to process and fulfil your order.
  2. We will not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
  3. If you have opted in to marketing communications, we may contact you occasionally with news and offers. You may unsubscribe at any time by emailing [email protected].
  4. Your data is held securely and processed in accordance with UK GDPR.

8. Limitation of Liability

  1. Neochron’s liability in connection with any order is limited to the purchase price of the pack.
  2. Neochron is not liable for any loss of value to any physical item or for any loss arising from the customer’s use or misuse of the blockchain token or wallet credentials.

9. Governing Law

  1. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Common Questions

Do I need any crypto knowledge to use this?
No. The wallet comes pre-loaded with your token already minted. Everything is set up before it reaches you. Full instructions are included and our support team is available if you need any help.
What does “permanent” mean exactly?
Provenance entries are recorded on the Ethereum blockchain — a decentralised, public ledger that no single company or government controls. Records cannot be altered or deleted by anyone, including Neochron. Your item’s history is preserved forever, even if Neochron ceases to operate.
How long does delivery take?
We aim to dispatch within 3–5 working days of confirmed payment. UK postage is included at no extra charge. International shipping is available — please mention your country in the order form and we will quote postage before you pay.
What happens after my 4 free entries are used?
Additional entries can be added at any time for £4.99 per entry (or £6.99 including image upload). Clients pay by card via PayPal — no crypto wallet required. Entries are added within 48 hours.
Can I transfer the token if I sell the item?
Yes. The token is a standard Ethereum ERC-721 NFT and can be sent to any Ethereum wallet address. When transferred, the new holder becomes the owner and its entire provenance history travels with it.
Is there a bulk discount for dealers?
Yes. Packs of 5, 10, and 25 are available at progressively lower per-pack prices. For larger orders or ongoing supply arrangements, please contact us directly.
What is the introductory price and when does it end?
The £20 single pack price is a limited introductory offer (usual price £60). We will give advance notice before pricing changes. Any order placed during the offer period is honoured at the offer price.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
Because each pack contains a personalised, minted Ethereum token created specifically for your order, we are unable to offer refunds once the pack has been dispatched. If your pack arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days and we will arrange a replacement of the affected components.
